Just today, we bought an 2018 BMW X5 from Northwest BMW and it was a very pleasant experience! The car is amazing and we just drove it to Pennsylvania and it is truly loaded with the latest tech options. The sales executive at Northwest BMW, Duane Sanders was really helpful in getting us the car we needed and helping us with the best deal. In addition, Tyrone(Sales Manager) assisted us in closing the deal. After doing my research, BMW Northwest seems to be one of the best BMW dealers in the Baltimore area. Their pricing is highly competitive and I would highly recommend them for your next car!

I purchased my 3rd BMW at Northwest over the weekend and this was, by far, the best experience! Carla Floyd was exceptional! She was very patient throughout my decision making g process. The process was seamless and I drove away very happy! I would recommend Northwest BMW to anyone looking to buy, lease or trade! Happy New Year!

Recently purchased an used vehicle from Northwest BMW. Their Client Adviser, Duane Saunders, was very helpful in answering my questions over email and getting back to me in a timely manner whenever I asked about something that he didn't know at the moment. When it came time to pickup the car there was a mishap and a small area of the left rear was slightly damaged. Duane was very helpful in getting a reduction to the price of the car, with the $500 difference to be sent to me so that I can get the repairs done closer to my home, 245 miles away. Duane is also helping with procuring an User's Manual since none was provided in the vehicle.

Purchased a CPO BMW 428i xdrive Grand Coupe last month and had a wonderful experience working with Carla Floyd. I pretty much knew I wanted this vehicle but I wasn't completely sold on it. During the test drive, Carla answered all of my questions about the vehicle and we covered everything from features to the vehicle history. While working with the finance manager, Carla's recommendation just before I was about to walk out of the dealership without making the purchase, caused me to turn around and finalize the deal. She was attentive, knowledgeable and a joy to work with! Looking forward to doing business with her and NW BMW in the future!
