very nice place.  all the people that worked there last night deserve a great review.  our 4 year old daughter cut her hand and needed stitches.  everyone from the person who answered the phone, helped with paperwork, nurse, doctor...were very good to us.  thank you very kindly.

Took my son in Xmas morning with a lacerated toe. He needed 4 stitches. We do not have insurance. They said it would be 346 dollars. I paid in full. 2 weeks later we just received a bill for 207 more dollars! For What? 4 stitches. No xrays, nothing. Called and they stated they give us an estimate that day for stitches. 4 simple stitches! How can you be off by that much! I would have gone somewhere else if they told me that before treatment. Crooks!

Had the worst experience in terms of guidance and in terms of billing at this place for a visit for my wife last month. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. 

1. The service provided was very slow even when there wasn't a lot of people waiting
2. Could have done with better communication from the nurse and those at the front desk. 
3. Had to wait for almost 1 hr for the doctor to come look at my wife
4. Guidance based on conditions seemed odd, a chest xray for a fever with no chest congestion, suspecting pneumonia. That sounded odd but had to go with doctor's suggestion
5. No prescriptions but otc medication

This was an urgent care/immediate care visit to the clinic

One month after this we receive the following
1. Bill stating we owe a certain amount for hospitalization service when this was indeed an urgent care visit.
2. Separate bill recieved for radiology for a small amount which when quoted to the establishment was told was a separate company even though it was done at the same time we had a visit

Insurance company states that the establishment billed it as two different services urgent/immediate care and a separate outpatient visit. Which the insurance company found to be odd and confirmed that everything should have been noted as immediate care visit. 

Undergoing long and difficult conversations with establishment and insurance company about this situation when we are totally unhappy with the service provided by the establishment at the first place is not helpful.

I have had previous urgent care and immediate care experiences which have been very smooth. This is totally unprofessional and borders on fleecing customers without letting them know what they getting into.

Went to Mexico and came back sick.  Everyone was GREAT even though it was a weekend visit and pretty busy at the Center.   High marks for professionalism, quality of care and most importantly, making sure I got better!  Follow up phone call with lab results was excellent too.

Quiet and good management. Easy to find parking and quick  help even on weekends.
