Johnny was very polite and helpful.  He identified and explained the best solution for my home and provided reasonable pricing, before I authorized the work.

(I judged the price as reasonable based on my husband's market research for a replacement sump pump.)

He got the work done in a short amount of time and had the parts on hand to replace the pump.

We received excellent service. Johnny was very helpful and resolved our issue to our full satisfaction. Northwest Drain Station was prompt with returning our call and was able to come out to our home immediately. We fully recommend Northwest Drain Station to anyone that needs plumbing or drain service. We will definitely use them again.

Johnny with Northwest Drain saved my day with his quick same day response to a drain backing up in my basement.  Gave me a far and honest assessment of the issue, presented me my options and pricing up front, and fixed the clog.  Plus a warranty on the work.

I would recommend them to anybody.

Johnny was great! He came out to our house quickly, and unclogged our drain efficiently and inexpensively compared to the competition. I highly recommend him if you have a clogged sewer line, or for any other plumbing services.
