This review is mainly for the Medical side, not Behavior Health. -Clinic is targeted towards the poor. Yet charges my insurance $$$$$ -Quality of care is extremely poor. -Wait times are insane. Average wait time 20 minutes. Sometimes over an hour, even with an appointment. -Poor communication. While waiting in the Behavior Health lobby a couple months ago, I witnessed two elderly patients attempt to check in for their appointment. They were told that their appointment was cancelled due to their doctor taking vacation that week. The patients reminded them, that their front staff had had called them the day before to confirm the appointment! So these two elderly people drove over an hour to get to the office, and the front staff weren't willing to work them in. No resolution. Just drive back home (2 hour round trip), and one of them was complaining he was out of medication! -Turnover rate is insane. I've seen two doctor who were brand new, couple days after my visits, I get a letter about their resignation. Even my very first doctor at this clinic, I saw her in 2011-2012, two days later I get a letter saying she's resigning. Would've been nice if SOMEONE told me in the office, so I could've got setup with a new GP. -If you're late by 5+ minutes, they'll consider you no show. But when you get there, you'll be waiting on average 20 minutes. Sometimes over an hour. Should I walk out, and consider your doctor and staff a no show as well? Final thoughts: Our time isn't important to this business, nor a priority. You have a stupid sign in the lobby about not using your phone. Look, if your staff up front are using their personal cell phones, and if I'm going to be waiting an hour. I'm pulling my phone out. Sorry if it bothers you. Obviously it's more bothersome, than being sicker than a dog, and waiting over an hour to be seen.

I stopped by this office after being involved in a golf cart accident. I was greeted by a nurse practitioner who introduced herself as the $3 prescription queen. I asked for an X-Ray, because I was messed up pretty bad from having a golf cart rolled on me. After laughing, she asked, "a golf cart?" She refused to give me an X-Ray, which seemed convenient considering the lady up front told me their machine was broken. After addressing NONE of my concerns she prescribed me, you guessed it, a $3 medication. Before she could send me away, I reminded her that she didn't address ANY of my concerns. This lady came into that office KNOWING she was going to write me one of her $3 scripts before even seeing me, ridiculed me for being injured, and refused to give me an X-Ray. I spent the next several months unable to roll over in bed, it took 8 months before I could gently throw a ball and this professional wouldn't give me an X-Ray? I'll likely be dealing with the lingering pain from that accident my entire life. I strongly recommend that you find someplace else to go if you're in need an actual assessment or anything other than a $3 prescription.

These people are AMAZING. They work so hard to make sure you are well taken care of and as soon as possible. I have never ever had a bad experience here, and they are very polite courteous and friendly.

I have been a customer of theirs longer than most of the employees have been there. Their target market in not the gainfully employed, or so it seems. They have failed to meet their commitments to me over the past few months. If you want to experience what may best be defined as incompetence, this might be your kind of a place. Simple test, call and try to speak to someone, a person. That being said, some of the staff tries hard to make it all work. Some, not all. If and when they pull their act together, I will change this review. Until then. I suggest you find another facility, as the frustration they have caused me over the past few months is something I would wish on no one. The ultimate insult for me was when a manager, Dawn, make a commitment to me, failed to meet that commitment and then would not return my phone calls. Whitney had also failed to meet what she has stated she would do for me, "I don't remember saying that" was her comment, she might only be able to hear what she wants too. But - she was also about the best thing they had going for them. Eric, he answers calls, Eric I do not know how you put up with it, I feel for you. I am probably going to have to make the time to file a formal complaint against them with the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, that is how poorly my interactions have been with them over the past few months. It's been in decline for over a year, and that may be more of a reflection on the medical industry as a whole. It's all about the money - not the patient, or so it sometimes seems.... Oh! My wife is healthy, so she does not need to go to the doctor very much. When she did get sick, they told her the doctor she used would not longer see her as she had not been in for 2 years. And it was far more of a hassle for her to get help than it ever should of been. My diagnosis is a case of incompetence and bureaucratic blunder. See, some humor in this.

If you plan to go here I do not recommend Dr. Thomas. Unless you don't mind waiting over an hour, even with a scheduled appointment, you don't mind being rushed when she does finally see you, and you don't mind driving to your pharmacy to find that she didn't send your prescription, that you had to remind her of right before you left the office 3 hours ago.
