Absolutely love the Northwest Reno Library!  It's in a convenient location with a great view of town, a huge 2 level parking lot, and a drive thru for easy returns.

I LOVE and am SO IMPRESSED by the DVD selection that our library system has!!! It is also super convenient that I can place DVDs on hold and pick them up at my preferred location when they come in.  It is such an awesome thing to be able to find so many great DVDs for FREE --that's right, it's FREE to rent DVDs (15 at a time!) -- AND be able to check them out for a week (longer if it's a series or documentary)!!!  All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful too.  

Don't forget to drop some cash in the donation jar when you go in so that we can all continue reaping the benefits of our awesome library system!

Employees are great. 2 weeks to read a book off the shelf is not long enough.

Love it here. Always clean and personable staff who know the library system. Searching for books is a breeze and if they don't have it they'll transfer it. No fax and scanning is slow but the audio DVD sections and free events and art exhibits are always fun. Plenty of free resources for job seekers!

Staff is not helpful. Seems to be the norm for Reno libraries. My son was looking for Thomas the train and they told him to look for it. Umm, I thought that was why there was staff at a library.
