Before this last month i would have rated them a five star storage facility. The manager WAS very kind and worked with me and my disability payments. I have to pay rent on the first and i get paid just enough for that on that day. I get paid again on the third which is when i pay bills. This last month they locked me inside the facility and when i went to knock on what i thought was the back door to the office, the manager became infuriated with me. Chewing me out for knocking on her apartment door. I didnt know she lived on site. She also started accusing me of interupting her personal life that was distressed by a terminally ill husband and several children to care for.  While it is sad, and i gave her my condolences, none of those circumstances are my fault. She then tried to tell me i had to pay on or before the first when i had not done so the entire time i have been a client of theirs. And furthermore attempted to bill me almost 3 times the amount i knew i owed. That was where i drew the line. I told her to drop her attitude and look it up again and to speak to me differently before i filed a formal complaint and she, by her actions, made her life even more difficult by being unemployed. But I have a big heart and I'm a forgiving person. She did drop the attitude and billed me the proper amount and let me off the facility. So I forgave it. That's why I still give it a three-star when it was a 5-star. If I were a spiteful person I would give it a one. But I understand the stress she's going through. She just needs to learn how to manage it or not manage a facility where she has to deal with the public. Other than that one bad experience though in the six months I've been dealing with them they have been exemplary.

I've rented at this location since well before it became Northwest Self Storage, and I have to admit that change is one thing i am not comfortable with. When I learned of the change in management / ownership, I instantly became apprehensive. I asked a million questions, which  *Tianne  answered every one of. Her professional, no nonsense, yet kind and understanding approach convinced me to stay put and see what happens. I am glad I did. Taking my business anywhere else would have been a grave mistake. Tianne , along with Northwest Self Storage, maintains a clean , well managed, and SECURE facility, and that is priceless.

The manager was extremely accommodating to my special circumstances when It came time to move out. I really appreciate their attitude and the quick response to emails. The only reason I am moving out is because I personally moved 5 hours away, otherwise they would have my business until the day I died.

We have had storage units in the past, and definitely love this one more than the rest! Manager is friendly and always informative. Facility is clean and great prices! By far the best!
