This place is overpriced, in my opinion. They raise the rent about 10% per year, every year. They charge a $25% (of your rent) late fee. They also will charge you $9 per month for insurance if you don't prove you have your own coverage. Their insurance coverage is a total of $2000 limit. My coverage is $10 every 6 months for $25,000 limit. Just so you know what you are getting into if you rent from this place. I intend to get out of there.
