Story

After five years in sales and recruiting, Christy still had not found the right challenge. Christy wanted a career that would be meaningful and allow flexibility. After working as Director of Recruiting for The Linda Reynolds Group for almost three years, Christy Castronovo decided to recruit herself to be a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual in Montana. Christy has found being a financial representative to be even more meaningful than she had ever expected. Helping clients achieve their financial goals is Christy's main objective.

In addition to working with clients, Christy is very involved in the growth and leadeship of Northwestern Mutual-Montana. She takes an active role in recruiting and developing new Financial Representatives and Interns as well as planning Network Office events throughout the year.
