My experience is really my Mother's experience!  I cannot say enough positive words about the outstanding service, personal care, and consideration that the entire staff have extended to this member of the senior community in Rhinelander.  Previously, my Mom has shared stories of the very special relationship that exists between the "riders" and the transit employees; but I have been privileged to watch that interaction in person over the past few months and it has been heart warming.  Thank you to Jim, Barb, Julia, Tina, Aaron, Clayton, Emmett, Laurie, and Ron (please forgive any name omission) for all that you do!
