Apparently it is too difficult to pick up some cardboard for these folks. I don't know why I get hammered with city tax year by year for them to leave my garbage on my lawn. The job is simple. Pick trash up, place in truck, take to landfill. My 6 year old could do this job. Norwalk sanitation apparently finds it too difficult.

We bought a ticket to get a trash pickup for a old couch. The lady said the address was fine. The couch was not picked up and we almost got evicted. When told they said that they have so many addresses. There's no way they know which one is in their area. Don't go here. People lie more than a dog Just go to a landfill.

Extremely Uneducated people. They have no idea what they're doing. And will take your money. or they do know what they're doing and They are just con Artists. Stay away from this place.

These guys really do a good job, i'm going to miss then when i move out of city limits
