Flight Level Aviation in Norwood, MA is possibly the worst managed FBO in the US. It is extremely unfortunate for the crews, because they are great,  but they are managed by a lying, backstabbing drama queen. The manager of this FBO (Mike) lives to cause drama among the airports tenants. He lies almost non-stop, stirs up gossip and trouble at any opportunity and constantly sticks his nose where it does not belong. The reputation of this FBO was bad before I arrived, I had recieved many "warnings" to steer clear of the manager and his endless nonsense, it took no time at all to see why. In 25 years of aviation I have never seen such gross unprofessionalism.  The fact that the owners of FLA do not, or don't care to see this boggles the mind. I cant for the life of me imagine how anybody would employ such a horrible manager. One only need talk to the tenants currently renting space at from FLA and you would be hard pressed to find anyone with anything positive to say, spare a few old curmudgeons from the good ol boy network. A warning and advisories of caution will be what you will receive.  Every tenant on that airport who rents from FLA has negative comments and has been lied to on a regular basis. I cant imagine it's any better for the transient pilot.
