Bianca was fabulous! Had to wait 10 or so minutes for her to finish the color service right before me, but that's expected for an evening appointment. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Bianca worked with me to figure out how to make my unmanageable hair manageable. One of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. Will absolutely come back!

Always look forward to my trips to Nostallja!  Not only do I leave looking fabulous, but usually leave much more relaxed, as created by the ambiance!

I have not had my hair styled there yet, but I have gone in several times for waxing. Every time I book, I book Krissi. She is absolutely wonderful, professional and fun to be around! When I first came to The salon I had never had anything waxed before and she was very understanding and explained the procedures in a professional manner and clearly knew her stuff. I have not booked with other workers yet because I like Krissi and have not had any conflicts with her schedule, although I am sure they have amazing staff in all areas.

I booked nail appointments and hair appointments at this salon for my wedding weekend. We had 9 appointments total the day before my wedding, so we were giving them plenty of business. Unfortunately they make you sign a contract for wedding parties which I find to be a bit useless. I understand making a deposit, but weddings can be so fickle especially people coming to the wedding that it's hard to count on everyone showing up no matter how hard you try. In the contract it states you have to cancel 30 days prior, unfortunately we had to cancel 2 days prior and they made us pay almost $300 extra in fees when we had already give so much business and still had tipped them. I understand that we had signed a contract, but it was unneeded stress and unhappiness when they should have been serving my party and helping us de-stress. The second problem we had was the nails were done poorly and chipped within 24 hrs, we followed all the rules they had given us to ensure that they were dry and they were already messed up by the next morning. Overall a very poor experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for a wedding party, unless you can get around signing the contract.

My mom and best friend go to this salon, I thought I would give it a shot (and I don't live in Winona)....and I was so PLEASANTLY surprised!! They both go to Karlee and absolutely love her, and I love their hair, so I guess I love her, too! :) 
I went to Naomi because Karlee was booked. And I LOVE my hair!! I have had my hair done in many parts of the country, and at many different levels of salons, and I am blown away with the service, quality of the results, and fair pricing. I plan to have  mother/ daughter hair dates in the future at Nostallja. I highly recommend this salon and I am SUPER picky ;)
