My son loves the kickboxing classes and wishes there were more offered, actually. No matter who the instructor is, he always gets incredible instruction. He's always included and made to feel very comfortable when he arrives and throughout class.

I have been a member of Nostos mma for about a year . I joined strictly for the adult Muay Thai and kickboxing and i wanted to write about my experience as I am moving to Charlotte , NC next week. The instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and great at what they do!! After two months of participating in weekly classes I could see I gained a new skill that I loved! Nostos mma has very much been a huge part of my life in 2015 and I am going to miss my Nostos family... Can't say enough about how highly skilled and the instructors are , and especially the owner Devin..He is a natural born teacher!
