I’m visiting Brooklyn and first time to do laundry here. They are no kindness for visitor.  No flexibility and High handed. I like this area. So, I will stay next time again. But I never use this shop, any more.

I paid 29.80 on Friday for twenty something odd pounds of clothes and sheets to be washed.  Picked them up and they smelled like a dirty hot dryer.  I returned them this morning to be redone.  This evening when I went to pick them up, I was asked to pay.  I'm looking at the guy as if he's crazy and since English is limited here I explained the situation via Google Translator.  Never ever never will I return here (although the second go round my clothes smell clean).  Taking people money and returning them stink is unethical business practice...amongst other adjectives I will refrain from.

Their drop off service is excellent. They are quick and well priced compared to others.

I've been going here for years and have never had an issue with putting money on a card or with the machines. (Not really sure why everyone had given negative reviews)

 If you are doing your own laundry Just make sure you show up 2 goes before they close or they won't let you start a new load.
