Working downtown on the square I enjoy dining at the various restaurants. However, Not Watson's has been at the top of my list for  sometime now. I no longer bother with the menu. I simply ask one of the waiters to tell me what I will be eating today. I have yet to be disappointed with their choices. I have been surrounded by excellent cooks all my life. Believe me this is good food. Maurice, a top notch waiter, goes above and beyond! Give this man a raise! I highly recommend the dining experience at Not Watson's.

This is a great casual option in Market Square. They have tasty burgers, and a chicken and waffles dish unlike any other. They use cheddar waffles and a maple bourbon syrup! Their mojitos are tasty, but the main issue with this restaurant is the noise level; for such a casual place, you can't really have conversations because it is always so loud. Also, some of their dishes suffer inconsistent performance, to the point we typically just stick to a burger.

I rarely give 5 star reviews. I save them for when i actually have nothing bad to say about an establishment. This place was awesome. Really great food (I had salmon with some sort of bean concoction) and the atmosphere is inviting but very "sports bar" if you will. The level of noise was just enough that you could comfortably talk and feel as though everyone else couldn't hear you. And the place was spotless. Will be returning here when I visit knoxville for work again.

Great place that seems to be underrated since every other place had a 45 minute wait and we just walked in here on a Saturday night!  Great food at a reasonable price, and service was excellent! The brunch the next day was great... Chicken and biscuits is to die for!  $4 bloody Marys or mimosas makes this a great place to be. We'll be back!

I went with a group (approx 12 people) today for lunch for a friend's birthday. We had to wait awhile for our food and checks. Then, I specifically asked for only lettuce, pickle and cheese on my burger. The waiter even asked me to repeat it and wrote it down. I got the burger and it had this weird sauce apparently their "no watson" sauce. I had to ask them to fix it. It took them awhile to make me another burger and at that point my party was already done eating.The server apologized but never offered a discount or free item. Many others in my party stated they did not like the burger sauce either and they were not overly pleased with the restaurant. Positive note one person did mention they loved the chicken and waffles. Prices were average to pricey. Food was just okay and with the mixup in the kitchen I will not be returning.

**update the manager has reached out to me and cancelled the charge for my meal. I do appreciate when management gives prompt responses and they admit that there was a mistake that should have been corrected by them not just the server. This restaurant still won't be at the top of my list due to the prices but for an average restaurant with management that seems to care I won't completely discount them.
