The service was excellent and the food was as well. The atmosphere in that place is what makes it. The open kitchen and the warm colors really make for a comforting experience. As for me I had a half sandwich soup combo and the French onion soup was amazing! We came when it first opened a few years ago and it was terrible, the service and the food. I decided I was going to give it a second chance and I was impressed! Good job Not Your Average Joes!

Was there about a month ago, the blender was still broken was told the same thing the month before that. I witnessed a manager come in the bathroom and get an employee out and give her a really nasty look. The food is good but very sad that you have to go into the bathroom and get an employee wow

Had an unpleasant experience just a few days ago at NYA Joe's. I ordered one of the simplest things on the menu, a burger with french fries, and it came out terrible. The burger was cooked extremely quickly on high heat so the outside was burnt while the inside was underdone. Parts of the bun were also burnt. It's sad when the best part of a meal are the french fries. Looking back I should have sent it back. I also thought it was slightly overpriced but not too bad. Waitress was very nice but overall it was an unpleasant experience.

Gluten free menu, great service and atmosphere, everything is homemade. Will absolutely visit again.

It's a typical chain restaurant, slightly expensive for what you get. But there are decent food and drink options, it's a good location for shopping in Warwick, and the service was quick and friendly.
