The cakes are delicious. But after I finished my order on the phone; which was large and extensive my phone did not hang up right away and the employee I was talking to said  to the other employee "that lady was annoying"  If it wasn't such a large order I would have called back cancelled and used a different company. That's just the nature of running a business some orders are 'annoying' But they are your bread a butter. DON'T insult your customers if you want good reviews!

This is my favorite location! The store front is always clean and organized and staff is always friendly and welcoming! Great for a special occasion or quick treat on the go. I have never tried one I didn't like, even the glueten free bundt is delicious!

I called and ordered a bundt cake from the Lehi Utah location. I was told it would take 15 minutes to be ready and I said that would be fine, and I could be there 20-25 minutes to pick it up. They said that would be fine and I left to go pick it up. When I arrived 25 minutes later at 6:10 pm, the doors were locked. I could see people in there but they refused to even acknowledge that I was knocking. So I called them back and they answered the phone. They said they could not let me in because they were closed. I asked why they told me i could pick it up over the phone when I had called 25 minutes earlier. She said that she doesn't know who I spoke with but that there was nothing that she could do because they close promptly at 6:00. I was noticeably upset that I was told that I could pick up this cake but they refused to let me in to pick it up. The woman I spoke with on the phone laughed when I told her how upset I was about this. I have never received such poor customer service in my life.
