The manager provides the most exceptional customer service. I traveled over an hour and arrived just shy of a minute late. She took the time out her day to go to my car and see what I needed. As a company this kind of individual is invaluable to the location. She has made me a customer for life. I cannot praise this woman and this location enough. It's worth the trip to get these pastries people.

Dear Nothing Bundt Cake
I'm a 48 yr old man who eats cake maybe once every few yrs or so.. My life has been changed due to these amazing cakes..
Now thanks to you guys I am forced to visit the store at least 2 times a week...

Love the Bundt Cakes! But I was disappointed with an order my boyfriend placed in April, my boyfriend and I decided to order the gender reveal cake to make the announcement to my family as well as to myself. My boyfriend knew the gender and I decided to wait and be surprised once I cut the cake or take the rattle out from inside the cake. The day we had to picked up the cake I noticed the rattle was just laying on top of the cake and was showing from one side, I was confused because I saw a video of the cake and knew the rattle was supposed to be faced down inside , not on top showing. I was upset because I was waiting for the perfect time to know the gender but instead had to see it by an error.

Always an amazing experience, the cakes are so moist and the best ever!!!! The staff is always sweet and friendly. Just a great place all-around.
