I work in an office building in the Sandy Springs area, and while at work a very nice woman [unexpectedly] showed up to our office with a box. She tells me she's with Nothing Bundt Cakes here in Sandy Springs and just wanted to drop off a cake for our office to enjoy. Such a sweet gesture, and the bonus is that the cake was actually delicious. I don't know whose idea this was, but pat yourself on the back! Your company makes the world a better place.

Love this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cakes are always moist. I've always disliked lemon cake but their lemon cakes are wonderful! I've tried every flavor and all are fantastic. I love that they have a rewards program, offer you a birthday bundtlet and have seasonal flavors.

The cake is moist and the icing is not too sweet. The bundt cupcake is fulfilling as a slice of cake. They have samples for you to try when they are open. The best one is red velvet. I'm so happy they are opening more locations!

I love, love, love these bundt cakes. I just hate i missed out on my birthday bundt. I was sick and couldn't go to get it.😥😥😥😥

Let me first say that I love this product! It is always a hit whenever I give it to someone as a gift or bring a cake home for my family to enjoy, but this week, I was extremely disappointed with the service received. Specifically at this location and I wanted to share this experience, because based on what was told to me at this location, it seem to be standard acrossed the board for this franchise and if so, this is horrible customer relations. After purchasing a cake, which was going to a client to be an addition to their staff Thanksgiving luncheon, I asked for one of their note cards so that I could personally write a message to my client. I was shocked to hear the staff member's response. I was told unless I have my cake decorated, the note card would cost me $ .50; now 50 cents, as we know is not much at all, it's the principal of the matter which concerned me the most. I just purchased a $30.00 cake and was told I could not have a perforated paper note card to attach to my box unless I paid $5.00 for decoration or $.50 to cover the paper expense. Are you kidding me?! This really took me back, as I have been in the hospitality industry for over 24 years and if we can support the request of a guest at either no cost or minor expense, we do just that. Often, bottle waters are given to reward members upon checking in, but if a non-member came to desk and asked for a bottle of water, it would not be one of our high-end brand waters, but we would give them a bottle water without hesitation; and that bottle water cost is way more than a perforated paper note. Even you local florist/ grocery store would allow you to grab a note card, no matter how big your purchase was or even if you didn't make a purchase at all. It's so sad that this refusal to provide me with a paper note card, has caused me to have a sour mouth about such a sweet product. I truly hope this is not the brand standard for this franchise and even if it is, from my experience, the franchise owner, can still override how they treat their customers. I'm highly disappointed and will not be using this location again and if treated this way at another location, I will not be purchasing this product ever again either; as this will confirm, any longevity of this franchise will not be based on the recognition/nor the appreciation of their customers.
