I was told the job would be finished in 3 days. They came out and did MOST of the work. I had a sump pump replaced. I had under floor "gutters" installed. And a battery back-up. I am pleased with all that. HOWEVER, they couldnt get to the outdoor underground drainage pit for some reason. I was told by their lead guy someone would come out when the weather breaks... probably Saturday. (2-24-18) Well, that day came and went and their offices are closed on the weekends. The pump goes on every 30 seconds and discharges water onto my front lawn. Its been doing this so far for 5 days straight and counting. The weather here has been in the 40s during daylight hours. City Ordinance is I can not have water pumped off my property. Most of the water is flowing over the sidewalk and being absorbed in the parkway. There is sand/grit being deposited on the sidewalk and is now starting to stain the sidewalk. During the transfer of the old pump and new pump, they ran a line to the outside in my backyard, which deposited a large amount of grit and sand in the alley. The pipe was moved and it flooded part of my yard and starting running into my neighbors yard. Again, lots of sand. I then had to move the pipe back towards the alley as they stopped working for the day. Once the new sump was installed, they ran the pipe to my front yard. The pipe that leads from the basement to the outside is not insulated. I can see daylight shining through. 
Granted they did an excellent job inside, I am not pleased with the work outside. 
I do recommend this company as there is NO water leaking into.my basement... yet... however I highly suggest they be given more man power to make sure the tasks at hand get finished in a timely manner.

Did excellent work. We had water coming into our basement and originally had another company come out to give us an estimate on waterproofing the basement. Nova came out and did the same job, plus some structural repairs that we hadn't noticed all for $6000 less than the other companies bid. Everybody at NOVA that we worked with, from the people answering the phone, Phil Degore who came out and estimated the job, and the crew of workers who did the job were all very friendly and answered all the questions we had. We haven't had any basement water problems since the job was completed. I highly recommend Nova Basement Systems.

We had Nova come in and add on to our system. When the guy came out in September to do the estimate he told us they would cut one wall 6 inches wide all the way down but they would put the dry wall back. Fine. Well they came on December 26 over 2 months later and they ripped up carpet in our room another room and the closet, cut almost a foot of dry wall all the way down and cut the dry wall where the wall meets the floor and it was all jagged and done poorly. They busted a small hole in the wall by being careless and even cut part of a bean to allow us to replace the drywall. They left all the drywall bits all over the carpet, didn’t fold the carpet back down, just tossed the trim from the wall they ripped up behind a treadmill that’s sitting in the room and left dirt all over the place for us to clean up. So I’m retrospect they actually created more of a problem then they fixed

We had Nova come in and do an estimate on a house we were in the process of purchasing.... We told them we wanted to waterproof our basement so that we would never have water issues again.  Their bidder left a wall off the job bid.  After all was said and done and I paid over 8,000 dollars to waterproof my basement guess where it started leaking one month after the job?!??  Yep ... That one wall their "expert" left off my bid.  You would think an expert in waterproofing would know that this would occur.  Yeah no .... So after going back and forth with their phone girls for a week (never once did the president offer to call me himself) I ended up having to pay an additional 300 for them to finish  a job they should have done in the first place !!!  Not happy !!!  Was not happy at all !!
