Thinking about writing this review, I don't even know where to begin. I started with Nova Family Dentistry about 4 months ago with about 5 cavities and two root canals. My experience has been more than perfect. From every aspect of how this organization functions you can tell that they really care about the work they do. When I come to the Dentist now, it's not a worrisome trip and I don't stress about it at all. I feel as if I'm going to see my friends who just happen to be able to fix my teeth. The pricing is excellent and they provide a detailed summary of the pricing before the work is done, that way there are no conflicts. The doctors are very careful and explain everything in detail before they start the procedure. The procedures are always painless and I always leave satisfied, knowing that I have been taken care of. The assistants are always very kind and make sure that you are taken care of. Asma even took the time out of her busy day to call the restaurant downstairs and let them know that I was coming, so that I wouldn't have to go through my appointment on an empty stomach. The assistants and the doctors are second to none. I highly highly recommend this business and can't thank them enough for continuing to make my experience a very positive one. -Colt

I normally don't write a review but for my experience at NOVA dentistry l decided to write a review. I have been to other dentists office but this is the only dentist l feel at home and the people are so nice and honest . I went to my appointment with my family and even though l had not scheduled appointment for my son, they accommodated him and did a cleaning for him same day. I favorably recommend this office to you. Apart from doing a good job, they are so nice too.

I have been going to Nova Family dentistry for nearly 3 years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences there. This time, however, I was scheduled to have my cleaning done by a new doctor that was hired. I ended up waiting nearly an hour while she was "finishing up" with another patient. It would have been nice to have received a call to tell me they were that far behind so I could have done other things instead of twiddling my thumbs at the office. The cleaning itself was okay, and they did keep apologizing for keeping me waiting. But, they really should have given me the option of waiting or coming back as there were plenty of other things I could have done in that hour.

Very friendly, and excellent service. She attended my Mom tooth issue with lot of care and very gently, which is important to me. Dr. Namrata is very sweet and would love to go back to her anytime .

Everytime I visit I have a great experience. The staff is lively and friendly, especially Asmae at the front desk. They make me feel welcome and Dr Kaur is always knowledgeable and forthright in explaining my dental situation. In addition, she is also a great conversationalist! I couldn't go anywhere else and feel so at home.
