Sorry  but  not  feeling  your  company raising prices  without any warning I'm out  soon staff is really nice  but  the  price hike ridiculous

We signed up for a spot here as American Self Storage, Nova bought the place a few months later and raised our rate $22 a month! Kinda sucks after you search for a good price,  move all your stuff in,  then have some place basically hold it for ransom and raise the rate so shortly afterwards.  You suck Nova Storage!

Went to give the new owners updated info  sign new contract and  exc.  Got home realized the gate accuses  code is nowhere  on the forms they gave my 4 digit  number is but what's the rest of the god dam code to get in the gate

So far so good. Wish they had extended their move in offer 2 more months. Clean, organized.
