Had a very positive experience with Ross A Lippard, FNP. I am confident I was heard and that my chart was consulted. He explained what he was concerned about and why. Even showed where some answers could be found on Google. Great guy. Very informative and did not rush through my appointment.
Norvant Health in Carolina Shores, NC is an exceptional facility. I have never had a bad experience with even one person. They are careful; they have someone who sees walk-in urgent needs, and they are thorough. I highly comment them for medical services.
I’ve had several Doctors in my life. Living here in the South Brunswick island area, novant has been the dominant medical group for as long as I can remember. Here at this branch, I have had nothing but positive experiences I’ve been coming since it had its old office building. I adore my physician, Dr Stephanie Connel; she’s the realist doctor I’ve had, and has such a positive and supportive way about her. The other doctors I’ve met here share that feeling as well. The nurses have always been great at their jobs and have made me feel at ease. The lab people have a good hand at drawing blood and making me feel safe with their practice. The facilities are clean and they’re still quite new from the build a year or two ago. I am so happy to finally have a doctor’s office I feel excited and supported by.
Richard and Shelley are an excellent team. They are both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are up to date on all of the latest medical news. They both go above and beyond their jobs and very helpful.
I CNN was impressed with Ross’ professionalism and follow-up texts and calls!
This last appointment was useless, I’ve been exhausted and this is the reason for this Doctor visit- what is going on with me? No help from Doctor this time? I’ve gone here for years but considering looking for someplace else, sad as Novant is so convenient for me?
Natalie Yount, PA.... All I can say is wow. She is awesome and went over everything with me and directed me to see exactly what I was dealing with. I love her approach on showing pictures of where my problems are stemming from and what the problems are. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. She is very personable and knowledgeable. Loved my visit with her. A+++
The entire staff was cordial and extremely supportive and respectful. Got an appointment very quickly from a referral from my primary care physician. Totally satisfied that all of my issues were attended to satisfactory.
Richard and Shelby are a step above. Ive always dreaded going to the doctor, they make me feel comfortable. The entire facility rocks, they care!
Excellent care by both the nurse and Ross Lippard. I highly recommend them.
