Craig Zim - The best L&T attorney in NYC! I am a landlord and had to deal with a very stressful holdover case . Being a real estate broker, I had opportunities to meet several landlord/tenant attorneys, but I chose Novick Edelstein because they seemed like the best. He is readily accessible, either text or email unlike most of other attorneys. My case was handled very well, and I was fully satisfied with this firm. I would give them 5 star and recommend them to anyone.

Horrible As he represents my Landlord who has kept me in unsafe conditions preexisting .Still got paid and is trying to throw a person out of an apartment illegally. I called the state and national crime victims Bar as a victim and survivor which has complicated my medical conditions resulting in homebound status until therapies and injury (some on the property he represents) heals . Unsafe and prexisting conditions that were in apartment with pictures i shared on my personal social media account of apartment conditions as i did not get a viewing were also expressed to building owners .Some resulted in my injury as well as the sorrounding area being dangerous resulting in assaults to me that is reported to local and national authorities who advocate for crime victims in the state of new york and a Internal affairs case for those who didn't advocate proffesionally on my behalf .I will as well as the investigator on my case for S.V.U. and other investigators  contact the United States Marshal about your lawyers office illegal actions to defend your Landlords previous corrupt actions .B.R.C. Home plus as they should have communicated to you the seriousness of these issues .I am a college educated proffessional mother very capable who has been wrongfully discriminated and revictimized by non caring corrupt lawyer and illegal legal corrupt actions made by unethical unprofessional Proffesionals in you field .There was a civil case opened at one point as it is illegal against federal law to retailiate against someone advocating her situation .Myself .With Supports and supportive people that really support not have individuals hurt that Sir is against the law .My family is the Law .

Craig Zim is a landlord/tenant attorney with this firm. He is one of the best landlord/attorney lawyers in Queens, New York. He is extremely reasonably priced. And he is very nice. He will explain everything to you, prior to taking any action. He will win your case.
