This place was amazing! We took a guided tour, which is a must, and we were very pleased. The collections were substantial. So much history. Some people have been so generous to donate their own collection to the museum. Millions of dollars worth. The historical worth is priceless!!

This museum was free to enter, and there was ample parking. I enjoyed the displays because of the history behind each of the pieces. My favorite was the display about Wild Earp and the one for Annie Oakley. My kids enjoyed learning about the history of our country here, especially regarding the Revolutionary war. It wasn't just guns, there were other artifacts and displays. There was a tour which looked informative, but we didn't go on it.

Brilliantly maintained and displayed. There are plenty of information stations and each gun is neatly labeled. They have weapon props from several movies, 19th century gatling guns, as well as plenty of modern ones. There is even a display of various 'Trick' weapons, such as a dagger-gun, harmonica-clip pistol, and a trench knife/revolver combo. The information provided is non-biased, only providing the stats and history of the weapon. Definitely a place every American should visit!

This place is great! Definitely worth visiting even if you're not a gun nut, there is an insane amount of history in that museum. You can catch a free guided tour or they have touch screen kiosks throughout that detail the collections in each case. I lived this place, like a kid in a candy store!

We take visiting friends and this place never fails to impress. Firearms have an interesting history that most are unaware of. Annie Oakley's rifle? Wow!
