Moving is usually stressful, even without animals and children. As an animal owner, I was worried from day 1 of meeting with our Realtor that this process would be stressful and overwhelming. The best part of my experience was that my realtor was involved with every update and recommendation, he was knowledgeable and reliable. Our home sold on the very first day of our Open House, I repeat, our first day on the market. Not only did Nick Gelfand volunteer to let our dogs out if there was a showing, he sold our home the very first day!!!! Talk about a relief. It was incredible and over asking.....Now, if only we could find a home. He sent me updates to my email regularly and kept me informed as it was a priority to find a new home. We ended up finding the home of our dreams in three weeks and he had an amazing mortgage agent approve us that day (it was on a weekend) so we could be approved for our dream home. Thank you Miranda from First Niagara Bank. We have successfully been in our home for over 5 months with no complaints, besides unpacking. Our move from our starter home, to our dream home was probably the best experience, thanks to Nick Gelfand and NRG Real Estate! Thank you ALL, for your exceptional service and expertise.
