Just kind of dragging themselves to do the work. All warranty work got it done faster when I was spending my money the first time. SMDH!😦

Very poor customer service. The manager would rather lecture and talk down to you than swallow his pride and apologize for a mistake. Its simple customer service, at least act like you care about how you're treating your customers. Will not be returning to this or any other NTB for service.

They tried to sale me additional products and he appeared visually upset that I wasn't interest and that I just wanted an oil change... so they changed my oil but left an old filter in my car. Really? (very unprofessional) Never going back.

This business did a great job replacing the tires on my mom's car. They got me the best deal on high-quality tires, quickly performed an alignment, changed the oil, and replaced a broken part at no cost. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and they had a comfortable waiting room. My mom now says that her 2006 car drives like when it was brand new. Most importantly, she is safer now. For these reasons I gave this business a perfect score.
