They were so slow I had a 4:30 appointment I was there for over an hour for an oil change and a battery.  No customers. Three workers and  the store manager. For my oil change I was supposed to have my tires rotated and the the washer fluid topped off none of that was done. Honestly,  I could truly understand if they were busy. When I told the manager how disappointed I was  with their  attitudes about unnecessarily keeping customers waiting he didn't even apologize.  The guy that did the work was standing at the counter, that's how busy they were. This guy shrugged his shoulders and smirked.

This place is horrible. The customer service is A T R O C I O U S. I only come here as a last resort. I try to go to discount tire at all cost. I only come here for tire pressure checks as I have a slow leak in 2 wheels. I'm currently waiting to have someone come air my tire up. I've been waiting for about 15 minutes. When I pulled up there were staff, a guy even directed me where to go. Where they've gone? I have no clue. The manager here is no good at his job either. Lead by example. And he doesn't give two flying f**** about this place and neither do the employees. I'm not sure if this is a franchise or how it's done but a district area manager needs to come out here or corporate. Turn this joke around. Smh...i hate this place.

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to NTB on Beltline Road I especially would like to give thanks to Chris for getting me in and out as fast as he did and especially thank you thank you to Jeremy whom I trust  working on my vehicle 100% he did an excellent job and I do appreciate the service that he gives to me and to my vehicle so I just wanted to make sure that they are recognized and know
 how much they are appreciated.

I came in to replace 2 front tires and have an alignment done. The tech opened my hood to replace my front tires, that was not necessary but I did not complain. He took 30 minutes to remove 1 tire from my factory wheel. Then he took another hour to get the new tires mounted on the wheels. Its almost like he had never used any of the equipment before. Then when he was finally done, the car was driven to the alignment rack. After fumbling around for about 20 minutes, they discovered they did not have the correct tools for my wheelbase. I expected a lot more from a large company like NTB. Never again. The tires were pretty cheap but with "extended warranty" and a ridiculous $40 installation fee, it was not worth the trouble. Next time I need new tires, I know exactly where to not go.

We took our car here on a Sunday to have the brakes replaced and they quoted my husband 3 times what another local place quoted.  We told them to put the car back together and took the car to Christian Brothers Automotive and paid a 1/3 of what NTB quoted and had FAST service.  I will not use this place for any future maintenance.
