Needs more help out front with customers. Very friendly, good quality work, reasonable prices. Easy to make appointments on-line, but don't expect it to be honored immediately. Bring a book or $ for McDonald's cause you'll have a wait ahead of you

I’ve been to a lot of different ntbs and merchants locations, and this one was easily top 3 in my book. Really nice and stand up dudes. The two main front desk guys were so knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed to hear regarding my truck. Tie rods and rear pads on a 03 avy z71. Extremely satisfied I am.

I always go here when I need an oil change! Always pretty reasonable! They're open on Saturday's until 7, and you don't need an appointment. Very convenient.

I have been getting my oil changed and car serviced  at NTB for several years now. The prices are better than most places and I have confidence in their work. The intake process takes a few minutes and I would suggest booking an appointment online if you can't leave your car, they are busy at times.

Called  several days ahead and scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced to save me waiting time.  Showed up on time and there were very few customers there.  Over 3 hours later they had finally finished rotating and balancing my tires.  Then they had written on the side of my tires so they could remember which tire went where and didn't clean it off.   Very poor customer service and I have very little confidence in the quality of their work or their expertise.  I am new to Charleston and usually don't write reviews but I hope this will save you some time and headache.  Now I need to find a decent shop I can trust.
