They failed to perform an autopsy on my mother, who was definitely a perfect candidate for one. I called and went into the office to discuss my concerns. The investigator was very insensitive, made odd facial and hand gestures that expressed his lack of concern. This has left me in total disbelief and my family a great injustice.

Rude people on the phone. How about a little sensitivity? Also, why take on 16 counties on a contract basis if it takes 60-90 days to get a death certificate to families? People need that piece of paper to financially survive sometimes. This is ridiculous.
