The experience was amazing. I was setting up an account with them and there costumer service is top notch and puts the costumer first in everything they do. The first thing that the girl said when I came in was want some water or coffee? It makes me feel good that there is still some comapanies that work there tail end off to make the costumer happy and satisfied.

Always friendly and helpful every time. My grandson loves the kids game station there, and the cold water is a welcome treat when doing errands on a hot day.  Great people!

Transferred from a bank to Numerica CU, could not be happier with them, from beginning to end opening checking account. Able to earn money off my money! Standard banks better step their game up, no one wants to be charged for using their money. Also getting a auto loan through Numerica with sub-par credit they are getting me AMAZING rates, anybody debating about a transfer to NCU, stop wondering and make that switch

The whole staff is always smiling and it seems like such a nice atmosphete. Taytum, in particular, was FANTASTIC! She made an unfortunate situation into a positive one and I felt that she understood that life happens and that things can be fixed with a nice attitude. 5 stars to an awesome team!
