I have been a member for a long time and have never had a problem, and now with all the online stuff it is so much nicer. Love the ll branch.

Won't go into detail. Great costumer service but not as great of help as my other credit unions.

 The only reason it gets a one star is because a zero star isn't an option. My sister Mary Romero has been hospitalized for six weeks and has an account with Nusenda. She is not getting out anytime soon if ever so I'm trying to take care of her mortgages and other business. My sister has given me her ID's and other business paperwork as her grown kids aren't helping so it's up to me. I went to the Los Lunas branch last Friday to deposit (not cash) a check for her so she could pay her bills when it cleared. The lady at the "customer service" desk proceeded to tell me that only my sister could make the deposit. I showed her all my sister's ID's and stated her account number to no avail. Upon visiting my sister in the hospital she suggested that I go back and have the bank call her in her hospital room as she had another smaller deposit that she needed me to make on Monday (today) along with picking up some counter checks so that Mary and I could try and pay some overdue bills. She had ordered some new checks online but evidently it was going to take day's or even a week while the Mortgage and other payments couldn't wait. I walked right in and a nice young man at the far left teller window with dark hair and a dark beard not only accepted my deposit but he actually expressed concern for my sister's health and well being. I left with a smile as he even told me to tell her hello and that Nusenda missed her. A few minutes later I realized that I had forgotten the counter checks so I drove back. Upon entering the same cold spirited lady "customer service desk" that refused to assist me on Friday topped that one. She informed me that I couldn't pick up blank counter checks for my sister since I wasn't a signer on her account. I showed her all of the ID's and documentation from my sister and suggested that she call my sister in her hospital room to verify me further. This lady refused and suggested that my sister put me on the account as a signer. That's great but if my sister wasn't bed ridden in the hospital she would be in the bank herself and wouldn't need me in the first place....HELLO!!!!!!!!!!! I realize the importance of policies and procedures and other legalities but at some point we need to adhere to a forgotten entity called COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!!!! When and if my sister gets home she plans on taking her business elsewhere as she and other customers are PEOPLE and not NUMBERS!!!!!!!!!
