I travel throughout the city for my job, Nusenda makes it convenient with all the branches.  There Internet banking is quick and easy and when I do have an issue or a question that I need to resolve their call center answer it, they are knowledgeable and courteous in there response.

Love this bank!!! I dropped money and Raul (bank teller) came out and handled it to me. I love how there is still honest people out there. Keep up the amazing work Raul.

I visited this branch as it is walking distance from my home and from the moment I walked in felt unwelcome and unnoticed. I went in because my card has been stolen over the weekend and just needed to have my card replaced. The was nobody at the sign in station , so I tried asking one of the tellers, who all had their backs turned to me. ( it was 4pm) if I needed to sign in to get a new card. 
She looked back said yes and turned back around. I then proceeded to wait and was asked my Brianne if I needed something. I said yes I need a new card..she took me into her office and made no efforts to thank me for my membership, ask if there was anything else I needed etc..I am very disappointed in the service here and in the future will AVOID this branch. I've been a member for over 7 years and have never felt so in welcomed in any branch.
