I have been a patient here for 10 years. Abby the "Finance Director" sent me a letter stating I am out of their zip code so they can no longer provide me with medical services. It is obviously not a decision based on a zip code since I have been out of the Milwaukie area for 7 years. NW Primary Care DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH they care about money. The gal in the business office denied that this is a financial decision on their part but the letter was signed by the Finance Director? They must think their patients are stupid.

If there was a 1/2 star I would pick that. I called to get set up as a new patient. I was asked if I had insurance, yes I do I replied. Can I have that info please? I'm sorry I don't have it handy. Um hum well I'm going to need that to get you set up. What if I want to pay cash? Oh I'm sorry I know you have insurance so I can't do that. Get back to us when you have that information. And that's how you get one star. The search for a new doctor continues!

Every time I have an appointment here there always 15 to 30 minutes late. I was 14 minutes late for one appointment because a car wreck in front of me and I have to reschedule. All they care about is money here. The doctors are also super weird. Stay away!!!

I've seen their billboards around town emphasizing community and well being...but they don't take new BCBS patients because they told me they couldn't negotiate a deal with terms they liked. But they will spend money on billboards? I doubt that BCBS was offering a deal that *cost* NWPC money, so basically they want to fill their schedule with members of the community that will make them the most money. Maximizing profit is certainly their right, but with healthcare costs for patients out of control this rubs me the wrong way, and it's a frustrating for a local who wants to establish a relationship with a local provider.

Fantastic people and great doctors. I have seen multiple dr there due to being ill and every one has treated me the same and has been helpful. My dr is dr bryden and she is amazing, but all the rest are just as good :)
