I love this place! The instructors and trainers I have worked with, especially Bree and Carol, have been genuinely friendly, encouraging, motivating, and helpful. The monthly rate is a little higher than some other gyms, but it is much less than a monthly fee for a yoga, pilates, or barre studio, though those classes are offered here, and the environment is so encouraging and unintimidating. I have found I feel much more at ease in my quest to get into shape at a women's only gym than i thought i would. The place is clean and the equipment is nice.

I have been/ worked in gyms all over the country. This gym is almost twice the gym fees of other local gyms with MUCH less to offer. The kickboxing class was terrible. The instructor was only interested in looking at herself in the mirror, instead of coordinating the class. The sauna is nice, but the rest of the gym sucks. Needs new equiptment, and better staff.

Friendly, small, clean gym -- the stellar customer service really sets it apart. Alta's boxing and kickboxing classes are high-energy and hard-core -- they leave you feeling tough and strong!
