Their service sucks here. I have been going to this place for years. Before it was NY pie. Ever since the new ownership has taken place every time I went in something was wrong with my order. The last time I went in , and I repeat LAST time I went in they screwed up my order, made the wrong size, then sold that pizza to someone else. I had to wait there for at least an hour in their shop for them to make my food. I understand things happen because but this was probably the fourth time in a row that something did. When I went to pay for the food the girl at the counter said to me "oh I didn't charge you for your soda" thanks for the $1.25 soda. That was it. I laughed and asked to speak to her manager. I told the manager my frustrations and all I got from him was " well we are trying our best" I told him his best isn't good enough and told him he's lost a loyal customer. Any time someone asks me where to get pizza I make it a point to tell them to avoid this place. If I could I would give it less stars.

Delicious pie! Ordered an XL NY Carnegie Hall Chicken Club Pizza and was a little hesitant paying $19 for a single pizza. However, the pizza was delicious and surprisingly filling! A "large" from Dominos and the like normally lasts me two meals. I managed four meals from this pizza! Dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reheating required a little extra time to get the crust crispy again, but delicious pizza overall! Delivery time reasonable at ~45 minutes at prime time on a Saturday. Will be ordering from NY Pie for the foreseeable future.

The pizzas here are huge! Some of the types of pizzas are a little crazy, but at least there is always something to try. There isn't much of a seating area, just a few seats by the window.

The price for this pizza is worth it. The size of each slice and the crust is right (coming from a New Yorker). Sauce and toppings really are spot-on too, and the speciality pies are all nice changes of pace. Online ordering always works, and delivery time is decent in my experience.

Top choices for guaranteed deliciousness would be the BBQ steak tip dinner. You get to pick 2 sides. Spicy fries, curly fries or rice pilaf are good choices. This is coming from someone who refuses to eat rice pilaf. Second choice would be the chicken broccoli Alfredo on ziti! Comes with 4 pieces of the best garlic bread. I always get delivery and they have never got my order wrong.
