The second time i ever ordered ny pizza baby, I ordered 4 trays of pizza and 2 orders of garlic knots and I had it delivered. After the delivery guy left and I opened the bag with the garlic knots in it I noticed I only had 1 order of knots. I immediately called because they charged me for 2 orders. They told me they would send the next driver out with them for me. That driver never came and when I called back I said to just put the money on my card....it has now been a week and I still have not got my money back. The first time I ever ordered i also ordered garlic knots and got garlic bread...

Just came in Orlando and had their pizza. It's exactly what I thought NY style pizza should be. Plus it was fantastic. If you're in the area, just eat at this restaurant. Right now

Don't worry about it she tells me !!!! Waited 1 1/2 literally!! Stone cold pizza and the delivery driver didn't even work for the company and looked stoned out of his mind & his passenger ! And to top it off she called me back before getting the pizza and said hey were closing are going to leave a tip!? I broke out in a sweat I was so mad ! Don't ever use this company !

Pie was so salty, no one could eat it. Garlic knots are under cooked or not cooked at all. Staff saying all pies are made the same and they can't do anything about it. Well guess what you just lost my business

What happened to this place!?! Ny pizza baby was my family's go to place for pizza. Unfortunately, it has changed. Tonight will be our last time ordering from here. We have ordered twice in the last month from here, tonight being the second time, both times were horrible. Our first problem was customer service. Tina who took our order was unpleasant to say the least. As if it was a bother to her to take an order because you can no longer order online if you are using a charge card. Secondly both times our order was delivered incomplete. Again had to call them and then we were really a bother to her time. We waited both times approximately 20 to 30 minutes for the rest of our order to be delivered. Delicious, stone cold pizza, wings, and hard garlic knots. At this point it was a waste of time to call again just to be greeted unpleasantly and have for a third time sub-par food delivered. I highly recommend not eating here.
