I ordered flowers through teleflora. They picked Nybacks as the florist. I was happy at first because it would be same day delivery. However the employee from the florist called me to tell me I needed to pay more because it wad 60 miles. Was thinking about it and thought my grandmother lives in klamath falls how could be that. So I figured maybe they are from medford. Nope. They are a local florist in klamath falls. I told her my grandmother lives in klamath falls and I dont see how that could be. She then informed me it was 60 miles round trip (30 miles each way). So she then said I would need to pay more money to have them delivered. Informed her that was the price I paid for flowers/chocolates and delivery. So then I said well I know there is other florist  (3 others) in town. She told me she has lived there for 68 years and there is no other. So I said thank you and I will call teleflora,then hung up. Well lady either you dont get out much or you dont like the other florist because they have better reviews. So called teleflora and explained. She said she should of called us not you. They were very sorry about my situation. So they sent my order to...wait for it.....another florist in klamath falls. Klamath falls florist is the name. It seems to be okay so far. Will see when my mom gets her flowers. In conclusion i would not recommend nybacks.

They don't deliver what you pay for especially when you order by phone and long distance. Then you call their page says they are open but you get no answer..for me it hard because I live really far away and feel like I have no other choice...it's the only reason I keep going back. But my mom has sent me pics of the arrangement I send her n they look nothing like wut I ordered or paid for so now I just order the cheapest. N I let my know afterwards..my point really is that she just get something when I need her to get it..sad but that's how it is...ughhh!!!

Half of the bouquet that you delivered was wilted, which is not the first problem I've had with your service.  I will not be back.

This was the family florist for many years so we went there to order flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral.  Of the three arrangements we ordered, only ONE was correct.  It was sad to show up at the funeral and see something we had not ordered.

I ordered a $75.00 bouquet and you delivered a $10.00 bouquet to my mother in law for Mothers Day. I called and was assured you would re-deliver a beautiful bouquet on monday. You never showed, even though she waited all day. Then I was assured you would re-deliver on Tuesday, still nothing not even a phone call. 
You were considered the top florist when I lived in Klamath Falls. Now I have been told that delivering cheap flowers is the norm for you. I am very disappointed that you woukd take advantage of people this way. O guess you don't expect the buyer to ever see what is delivered to someone else so you deliver cheap arrangements even though the buyer has paid good money. Fred Meyer had better arrangements for 1/4 of the cost.
