I hate giving poor reviews to local businesses, however for the locals who have been coming here for years I feel it's important to know that this is under new ownership and not nearly as great as they were under the previous owner. First off, the attention to detail is nowhere as good as it was. The inside as the doors were filthy the last two times I came here. There were water spots on areas and worst of all, the inside of the windshield was filthy, obviously from use of a soiled, greasy rag. It made it impossible to see in conditions of a lot of glare until I cleaned it myself. I'm not a perfectionist but I did get used to and appreciated the extra effort the old ownership put into their work. The old owner was more personable and knew his regular customers. He would periodically clean under the hood when he wasn't too busy although I didn't pay for that. I asked the new people and they said that they wouldn't do that (I didn't deduct points because that was a previous perk). I did deduct stars because when I presented them with a free wash for being a repeat customer, they wouldn't honor the card. This was on my first trip to them under new ownership about a year ago. I understand that they're under no obligation to honor an old owners loyally card, however as someone who has had a business, honoring those obligations goes a long way in building a relationship with your customers. Between this, the attitude and shoddy work, especially the windshield, I found it easy to give only 1 star.

Car wash is amazing & decently priced. Takes a while but the staff does an amazing job and they're very friendly and helpful.

Very detailed hand wash. I took my bmw here after going to my regular carwash due to a very difficult grease spot. My old carwash told me there’s was nothing they could do, I left pissed off and went to this place and they took the spot right off and spent the extra time to make sure it was done rite. Needless to say I’ll be bringing my car back here every time. Very nice folks there as well.

Not what I remember.... I'm home going over the car and feeling like I just got robbed for $40 and I pointed out to the employee and manager that I wasn't satisfied but customer service is just as bad as the way they wash cars will never return
