The absolute worst medical office I've ever been to. The wait, even with the appointment, was absurd both times I've gone here. HORRIBLE! The receptionists at the front desk are rude. The doctors are inexperienced, one of which was very judgmental and made me quite uncomfortable. There was even an old miserable manager who kicked out a PATIENT who had a service dog with them! This place just screams HELL ON EARTH!!!!

The wait time is minimal you have quick access to seeing a physician the downside is that you do have training doctors. So sometimes you won't see the same doctor after a few months. The staff is courteous and they do answer the phones and just don't let it ring. And I prefer New York Hospital training over any other Hospital in New York. My preference of choice is New York Hospital in Manhattan who which I have been involved with over 55 years but in the convenience of time and location the clinic isn't a bad alternative choice.

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible place to receive care! I have an issue just about every time I visit. First the place is overcrowded and extremely understaffed. Receptionists aren't very professional or friendly. When I first started coming here, they had doctors working that had very little experience. My PCP had to recheck my vitals because the inexperienced doctor they assigned me to did it wrong! He didn't even ask my family history! I stopped going to this place for years and when I decided to come back (Thinking it would be better being that it had the New York Presbyterian name) it had actually gotten worse. The doctor they assigned me to had written a prescription for me, but forgot to include the dosage so I wasted my time and couldn't get it filled. I had to go back the next day to get it corrected and when I went back I had also asked for some supplies to be included in the prescription. When I went to pick up the prescription and the supplies, I was told that the doctor had forgotten to put in the prescription for the supplies! It is safe to say that I am done with this place for good. If a doctor cannot perform a task as important as writing a correct prescription, then you shouldn't put your life in their hands!

Should not appear when "urgent care" is typed into Google. Provides urgent care only to hospital outpatients.
