The first time I ordered from here a year ago, we ordered delivery and with us living 5 minutes away from the place- it took over an hour. (Said they got lost finding our apartment complex... okay) So this time we ordered carry-out and gave it 1 star... but that's an overstatement. The food was below average! Yesterday was National Pizza Day and to think- "oh no we're not going to order from Pizza Hut or Barro's or Hungry Howies or Jets or Dominoes- no we're going to order from NYPD tonight"- even though it's TWICE the price. $28 for a small pizza, 6 wings and something that was supposed to be crunchy zucchini but turned out looking more like dark brown salmon croquettes, which were not crunchy at all by the way. The sauce was good on the wings that we asked to be fried crispy but were not. Too tired to take the food back or call and make a big deal- so here's a review to warn anyone else in the near Chandler area. Trust me- I live within 5 minutes of this place and there are 10 other pizza places to choose from that offer better tasting and more appealing food for better prices. Never again NYPD.

I called for delivery to a hotel, yet no utensils or napkins were included with delivery. Hard to eat the soup, because it was sent in a large plate rather than a bowl. Let me add that the woman answering the phone had no clue as to my address even though it was a large, well-known hotel nearby. So, poor experience overall. The delivery guy was nice.

I ordered a pizza last night (2\15\18) and I spoke to a guy who was rude and very nasty. I asked for a pepperoni pizza with half mushroom. The way he jumped all over the fact that he was going to charge me for a full topping of mushroom, was uncalled for. Then when I got the pizza, he had only one half pepperoni and the other half mushroom.  I will not be ordering from nypd any longer. There is plenty of pizza options around that are better and priced better. When I call to order a pizza, I expect to be treated well and respected. This guy made that decision easy. Bye nypd. I only rated 1 star cause I can't rate a 0.  Get people who know how to talk to people. Annoying.

Called for hotel delivery. They forgot my drinks, no napkins, no forks given with the two salads. We ate salads with our fingers then luckily they had provided no napkins for our Dirty Fingers. We tipped the delivery guy five bucks too so that was insulting once we found out he blew it.

My family and I went and had a great time. Decent service. Good pizza and my wife enjoyed the ravioli. The only thing I didn't like was that our table was sticky when I sat down. That is an unpleasant way to start your experience. We will be returning.
