The office manager is extremely helpful and has gone out of her way to help us. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Very unorganized. They have a terrible time communicating with each other and their clients and they are only in it for the insurance money. My husband completed half of his outpatient program and had some medical issues and now they want him to go inpatient off of one dui. His outpatient program was a terrible fit for him so he wanted to go one on one or try a program with older adults or men only- something that would be a better fit for him. I called the place they want to send him too, and of course, this in patient place and Nystroms refer clients to each other all the time. My feeling is that Nystroms is only concerned about the insurance money and not about the actual clients. Nystroms DOES NOT have the best interests of the clients in mind.

in out patient therapy there for 5 weeks had a couole relapses and was informed today at an office appointment i had to pay for that I could no longer attend the out patient sessions. Funny thing is that your counselor told me that it was because the insurance,said they would not pay. Not true because,we called her case manager and he confirmed they would cover it. It was Amber that gave up and pushed her out the door. Then had the gumption to say don't think I have given up on you. What a joke this place is and always has been. WOULD NOT EVER EVER EVER recommend to anyone. Their primary care is about being paid not the patient or the care they might need. I hope i we get a 35 co pay refund cause today was not an office visit Amber could have told us that over the phone once,again billable hours,are more important then the patient. I will be reviewing your practice with the BBB today as,well. JB

Get you in, get you out. You are just another appointment in the day. Very impersonal. Feels like going to the DMV. Feel condescended. Dr is ride to my child when my child has to come along. Dr does not take the time to care.

Don't waste time and money. If you are late even one minute late they refuse to see you and charge you for the full appointment. Staff is unfriendly and the professionals are not personable, seems they could care less about your health needs. Very disappointing. I finally called it quits and going somewhere else.
