It was average pho. This place offers a lot of rice noodles with meat that is rather chewy and thick. For the price, i think it is a good for someone who looks for having a larger portion with acceptable quality.  I wouldn’t go back just because my husband and I prefer getting stuff in a smaller portion with better quality. Like a lot of thinner meat that’s soft and we don’t mind having a less noodles for that quality.

Service here is great! There’s nothing really special about the pho, but there’s nothing bad about it so it’s overall pretty average. The spring rolls were exceptional! The peanut sauce they came with was good, but I ended up just using soy sauce. Our waiter was on top of the water refills which was nice. I love this Vietnamese restaurant. The staff is so happy and friendly. I love their Phò my wife gets the Vermicelli Noodle bowl with grilled pork and egg roll. Go try it.Recommended dishesPho, Spring Rolls

Went there on a quite morning. Service was quick, but we were the only ones. The food/pho was alright, nothing special. The price was pretty high versus other pho places. I payed 40 dollars for 2 smoothies, large Pho, and fried rice.  Pros -Quite -Fast Service -Nice Place -Smoothie Tasted good  Cons -Food lacked meat or vegetables -Price was high

Soup is good but noodle was too thick and dry. I ordered beef and it was very thick. Servers were nice.

Some of the best pho I’ve had in SLC. I was just passing by and looked up pho places in the area and found this gem. The service was great and the food was incredible. We tried the chicken Pho and the rare steak. Definitely worth your money. I’m coming back soon.

Pho Bien Hoa quickly became our “spot” when we discovered this place about a year ago. Love coming here on weekend morning for a quick hangover cure or something warm on a rainy day. Their pho is always tasty and filling. Service is quick and friendly too :

This restaurant used to be good. They Changed their name to Vietopia. They may have different ownership now. The quality in food has gone downhill. The portion sizes are much smaller than they used to be. Egg rolls are smaller and mushy. Very small portion of meat. Tasteless, and my dish was missing key components including sauce.  Very poor experience.
