Went last night 1/10/18 had a group of 9. 4 adults and 5 kids. They were super busy but took are of their tables.. All the servers we saw worked together. They were pleasant and super caring of our needs. Mandy, April, Hannah and Kayla were great. Kayla was our server.

Ordered the open faced prime rib and was very disappointed. Evidently if you come in late 2:00 pm on a busy Sunday you will receive the over cooked and dried out end piece of the roast. I ordered the same thing just over a week ago and it was wonderful, but not this time I expect consistency especially at a chain restaurant. And on top of that the service was extremely lacking.

I've came here about 5-6times this past month after long days at work.... Several times I have had French fries that look like a bite had been taken out of them, but that's the least of my worries. Tonight I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE..... my chicken tender was actually was bitten. I cut my chicken with a fork and a knife and once I got to the last one noticed that it had teeth marks and was bitten. I have spent well over $200 here and am truly disappointed in this. The salads are usually amazing but was sloppy and croutons were stale as ever. You can definitely tell when the ranch is freshly made and tonight was not. You can also tell when the manager is there making sure everything is on point and when people are just out right lazy and don't want to do their jobs. Mind you my husband specifically asked the hostess DID YOU PUT MY RANCH AND HONEY MUSTARD IN THE BAG? She said YES we got home and there was no sauce.... never again will I spend a penny at this location. OH AND ONE MORE THING---- my husband ordered mac and cheese and it must have been made with rotten milk because it tasted off and STUNK. Sucks that a place right down the street has to suck so bad..... if they had workers who cared about their jobs MAYBE this place would be different.

For starters, they didn't have kids menus. Then the waitress figured I was ready to order inspite of not knowing what was on the kids menu. They even gave my little children regular menus. Then they brought my medium-well requested steak out well done. So I had to wait for another one. What topped everything off was the fact that they changed me 9.78% taxes. The tax rate is 9.25% in Shelby county. I hope that was an accident and not common practice. I won't be back here anytime soon!!

Natasha....u r a rockstar!!!...u kept our drinks full and even asked if wanted 1 to go...that happens very rarely...our bread was hot and the food was not far behind it....my only reason for the 4 rating was for the menu...some spots are ambigious to what you are paying for....ex. Baked potato is $1.99 but when u first read it, it says $.99 but thats for loaded AND the price of the potato....i wish there were 1,000 of you....it would make dining out always a great experience..
