Poor overall dining experience. We arrived at 10:45 and I went straight to bathroom. Only to find after it was to late…NO TOILET PAPER.. Digging in my purse, I was saved. The first employee I saw coming out I let her know and her rude response were, “WE KNOW”. Wow really, the restaurant has been open since 10 AM. We were with another couple and it took 45 minutes to prepare 2 salads, an under cooked hamburger and a breakfast platter. They had 75 % occupancy and must have had issues in the kitchen. 45 minutes is unsatisfactory. Tables were not stock with condiments. After asking Tessa, our server, I finally just got up and got it from an empty table. Tessa, happened to be the employee who responded, “WE KNOW”. That truly set the tone of our dining experience. Either it was an off day for her or she needs to find another job. Not a people person. I did speak to management and also talked to the Regional Director. I personally will not visit this location until I hear back from the Regional Director. Dining experience is not only about the food. This location could stand for an etiquette lesson.

Well, where to start. We had a waitress who was really short with us. Then I guess she traded our table for another waitress for some reason. Then my steak was burnt, they precooked it, it was then cold in the middle. I ask for it to be medium. Third time it was good. Then, another person's noodles were undercooked, a couple barely even touched water it seemed. Then, the fire alarm went off and the wait staff just casually laughed and walked around. It was a horrible experience none the less.

Monday afternoon, not busy, my wife and I asked for a booth, I could clearly see several open booths. I was informed that we couldn't be seated there because the hostess had just seated some one else in that section. While I understand trying to spread everyone out to give every server equal opportunities, the customer should still be your first priority. My wife and I left to go eat somewhere else. We felt more like just another number than an important customer

Staff was great, but had to get up 5 times from table. Got up twice to fill my sweet tea, twice to fill my girlfriends coffee, and once to bring a few plates to the kitchen so that our table had room... also had to ask multi other workers to fill our drinks and for creamer and things. I'm pretty easy going but at times our server was non existent. We had cheese sticks and spinach dip... both apps were good but I wish they would make dip more creamy. I had steak and veggies everything was good except my father's green beans were coated in some salty seasoning that made him send the plate back. Now I've eaten there multi times and normally it has been very good. Server was very nice when around. My food was awesome but server might have been overwhelmed so service was subpar.

Veteran's day visit. Let's get the negative list out of the way: The wait after ordering was horrid. They also lacked organization, where nobody seemed to know where we should go to place an order to begin with. This lack or organization caused the wait time from showing up to having our order to be over half an hour. The bad being done, the good? The business supported our veterans with free meals, AND their Creole Shrimp plate is perhaps the most delicious shrimp meal I've ever tasted! Their prices are much more reasonable than the Olive Garden seems on average, but the food tastes better, in my humble opinion.... especially for their price!
