First time here! Service was fantastic, our food came extremely fast, everything tasted great. We ordered the chips and queso for an app, it was delicious, came with two things of salsa as well. Bread was complimentary, side salads were good. We had the Bayou Shrimp pasta and the BBQ smokehouse chicken with mac and cheese, both delicious. I thought the prices overall were worth it, maybe a bit on the high end for the entrees. Would absolutely visit again.

Loved this place. Outside is so nice looking.  Want to sit there next time. We waited at the bar while our to go order was being cooked. Bartender was sweet and drink prices good too. Took food back to hotel and tasted great!!Food: 5/5

The staff at O Charley's are incredible.  They all exercise robust customer service.  George and Matt are members of upper management at this particular location.  These individuals are extraordinary managers. They consistently ensure that all customers have a wonderful dining experience.  Moreover they always are faithful to rectify and problem solve any issues in a exceedingly satisfactory manner!

O'Charley's has not disappointed me yet! Reasonable prices for good food. Occasionally service is slightly slow- but I've never seen this place NOT busy, so occasionally slow isn't a downfall in my book! Stopped in just for desserts, and even though business hours ended while we were dining, there was no one rushing us to finish and leave.

Such an amazing place to eat! Our server Zohie was great, she was very attentive and the manager was great too! We ordered an extra TWENTY patties on to our burger, and they not only did it but they made it look good and taste good! The cooks did an excellent job! everything about the experience was awesome! And if you like chicken tenders the tenders are excellent as well with some awesome sauces!

Really good place to get chicken ! The honey mustard is perfect to pair with chicken tenders along with a few other specialty sauces they offer.  Fair prices as well , my group of 4 had dinner and an appetizer for 90 bucks.Recommended dishesSalad, Nashville Hot Deviled Eggs

Atmosphere was nice, not loud like so many places, and I like the old photos from around Erie. Food was excellent as always we get the fish and chips and the Southern Pecan Chicken Tender Salad and share. No room to try any of the tempting desserts. But what really stood out during our last visit was the service. Anna was outstanding in every way which made the whole experience enjoyable.

Ordered steak and baked potato. The steak was full of fat and chewy. I only suffered through half of it.The seasoning was good though. My baked potato was so overcooked it was hard. I was disappointed as have had good meatballs there prior to this visit.  The server was wonderfulFood: 3/5

I am so very happy and impressed with this place! I have only been a few times but Im going to start making it a habit to come here with my husband more often when we go out! First, I absolutely appreciate the warm welcoming atmosphere when you walk through the door! The gentleman that owns or manages the place.. not sure which.. he is so very pleasant! The service is good and friendly and I've never had a problem here unlike literally all of the other local restaurants! We cant get a good meal or service any where any more.. but we can here! Everything I have eaten here has been just delightful! I had my rehearsal dinner here for my wedding last year, we were in the "bump out" room? I think thats what it was called. Everyone that worked on our party that day was so helpful and made our experience amazing! And everyone loved their food! For all the people we paid for that day plus tips for all, it was still cheaper than one of our tux rentals! I thank everyone for helping us that day! And I thank you for giving me a great restaurant experience again!!
