If they can't rip you off, they send you away... Goes to show how many people they rape. I've gone there 3 different times giving them a chance, and every time I walked out for one reason or another... Once for a test driving a car with 20k miles on it, with rotors so warped the break peddle bounced up and down... The assured me they'd fix it... IF I BOUGHT IT... Second for trying to slip in a detail at the last moment of buying that the vehicle had 19,000 dollars with of damage done to it.. And last and LEAST!... Had a trade in, in mint condition, wanted to give me 2000 dollars less than ROUGH trade in... Told them they were crazy. They didn't care, said ok drive safe... So I left... If they can't rip you off, your annoying to them is the vibe I got every time I was there..

The purchase experience at O'Connor GMC was a good one. The salesperson was knowledgeable about his vehicles and they had a wide selection of trucks and many different trim packages to choose from. The salesman assess my needs and budget and found me the right truck at the best price. The paperwork and financing went flawlessly and seamlessly all in all a great experience.

I was pre approved when I contacted the dealership, I told them what truck I was interested, Sales person Steve reached out to me, telling me he could not hold the truck for more than a few hours so I rushed and did two hours of driving to look at the truck, Steve told me it had options which it did not have and I have our text messages to prove this, I was rushed to get the check from my bank the following day I did over 6 hours of driving to get to my bank, then back home then to dealership we had a snow storm I arrived by 7pm Steve said no worries he’d wait for me as long as he had to but when I was taking exit 113 and almost at the dealership Steve’s calling me on my cell, I inform him roads are bad I can’t talk I’m almost there. I get to the dealership I’m not giving much time to clean my trade in out, and sign all the paperwork, Steve tells me if they find anything or I forget anything they will call me and set it aside, we’ll the roads were so bad that night my 9 year old and I stayed at a near by hotel so we would not have to drive on the roads anymore where they were so bad! The next day I try connecting my phone to my trucks audio because I’m told I have smart phone connectivity and my iPhone would sync to it. I also was not informed I didn’t have onstar till rushed through signing and had to sign for 5 free years that Steve said don’t matter because you don’t have, I had thought all GMs came standard with onstar. So where I was not given much time to go over the vehicle or have options explained I didn’t realize I didn’t have allot of things till after I took delivery. I had to drive back again the next day because sales person Steve never had me sign the bank check, Dean contacted me, I expressed how dissatisfied I was with the purchase to Dean who insured me he would get to the bottom of things and contact me the next day which he never did! I requested to speak to a General Manager if today was not my daughters 12th birthday I would of drove out there today after my meeting and returned the truck to them and demanded my car I traded in back. I have no paperwork on my new truck, the dealership is holding all my paperwork till they receive title on my trade from my credit union so they got a check for over $27,000 and my 2012 Chevy Traverse and I got a truck with two keys and no paperwork at all! I was advised to contact the bureau of motor vehicles inspectors this deal was not handled right and no one from o Connor has reached out to try to make things right or assist with Cancling the deal. I won’t return to this dealership for anything nor would I recommend them to anyone after this experience, I forgot to add that when I contacted them today about items I left behind in my trade asking if they could be set aside I was told it was already stripped out and shipped to auction, they don’t even have a title yet and had told me they would call me and set aside anything that was left where I was rushed out the doors because Steve said the cleaning crew was locking up. Very upset this was my biggest purchase and worst experience!!

We were told our ball joints were bad when we went for an inspection sticker to our local town garage. Since we had an extended warranty on our vehicle we took it to o'connor to have the work done. Imagine our surprise when they informed us that our ball joints were fine and did not have to be replaced!
