Story

Santa Maria Barbeque describes meats that have been cooked over the hot coals of a red oak fire. This style of barbeque has its roots in the mid-19th century, when the rancheros gathered to help each other brand their calves in the spring. The host would prepare a Spanish style barbeque as a thank you for his vaqueros (America’s first cowboys), friends and family.

I Got the tri tip dip sandwich with fries first dip in the au jus and bite my mind was blown really good..i will be definitely be ordering from here again

Excellent food and service! Eat lunch here all the time and also do an occasional dinner. Prices are a little more than your average BBQ restaurant but considering the quality and flavor, well worth it. They use little to no salt which some​ may see as bland but I see as allowing me to season to my personal tastes. All in all two thumbs up!

Super long wait for a Pizza. When it finally got to the table, the dough was so undercooked I'd say it was raw! I left and never went back. Previous to this experience, my best friend had to tell her waitress to go home because she was obviously wasted on drugs. Manager took over but girl still works there. Sadly, before all this happened, the food and staff were fine.

The service was okay. The food was lacking in flavor and quality. The garlic fries were more like bottom of the barrel (remaining tidbits of fries). I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich was bland. The salad was poorly made and lettuce wilty. The only good thing we had was the Knee Deep Breaking Bud brew which was quite amazing...however we can get many other places with decent food. Probably wont return...ever
