Brutal, ghetto, dangerous, ghetto, disrespectful ghetto. Good teachers. Many parents only involvement is showing up to scream at teachers and defend their children's near criminal behavior. No surprises how a lot of these kids end up. Here is the sad cycle: Dead end parents; dead end kids. Sometimes the kids overcome and succeed with good teachers and a flower grows out of the concrete. Rooting for OL Slaton success since I graduated from there over 30 years ago. School needs a miracle.

I loved OL Slaton.I learned so much home economics. I had a feiend so beautiful. Judy Thompson She got married just after  9th grade We  were there 1965-1968 Karen Peters

I went to ol Slaton and it was a good school I love all my teacher they are really good teachers and they treat you with a lot of care

I went to O.L. Slaton my 7th grade year. I am only in the 8th grade...but my one year at O.L. was the best. The teachers have the best way of teaching there subjects.....WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL.!!!!!!!!
