Came here for the first time on a Friday evening and got a booth right away. Ordered Rum Runners which were excellent and both my wife and my food was very good! Highly recommend this pub to anyone for food or drink. Server was very friendly and made sure everything was what we expected. Yes it was and even more!!!

Went to watch the Brown's game December 10th. This was the first time for a game this year. Not sure what has happened since last year but was very disappointed. We didn't get shrimp in their signature bloody O'Nelly drink. That wasn't the big issue. Staff didn't know how to work the tv's! The majority were watching the Brown's game. No one was watching Bengals on the large screen. We asked that they change this around to accommodate us. The staff didn't know how to put it on the big screen. There were only 2 sets that had the Brown's game on. Game goes to overtime, TV warned of auto tune at 4pm, but no knew how to work it,so we all missed the end of the game! This will no longer be our go to sports bar which is sad because their Yinzer sandwich is amazing.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Went on a Sunday evening. Place had 12 people in it. Took 15 mins to get our first drink order where they apologized for the delay...it was a shift change. Forget about ordering a second drink. Seems like staff was more worried about talking to people at the bar than those seated in a booth. Wish I could post a pic of how empty this place was to show full effect.

I really want to like this place. The owners are super nice and it's in a great location. Unfortunately, it seems like every time I go there, the staff is either overworked or they are just terrible. We've gone in and sat for minutes without anyone so much as looking at us. And if they don't write down your order, it's a roll of the dice what you'll end up with. I will note that one of the bartenders is absolutely fantastic but if you don't get her, you're screwed. I noticed other people raving about the service so it could just be the vibe I give off.

Neighborhood bar with friendly staff & patrons. I've only visited a few times & the bartenders know my & my roommate's name & employer! Sign of a great bartender!!!
